How our consulting process works
A simple, supportive process — from your first referral to your final follow-up, we handle everything so you can focus on feeling better.
1. Initial contact
Specialist, GP or allied health clinician or privately referrals are accepted — no need to find us yourself. We contact you directly to introduce ourselves and arrange a visit at a time and place that suits you.
2. Assessment
We visit you at home, your rest home, or clinic and carry out a full clinical assessment of your needs.
3. Prescription
We prescribe the right orthotic solution for your body and explain clearly what we are recommending and why.
4. Measure and Order
We take all necessary measurements and manage the entire ordering process — nothing for you to follow up on. We return to fit your device, ensuring it feels right and that you understand how to use it correctly. If anything needs changing, we take care of it until everything feels exactly as it should.
5. Follow-up
We provide ongoing support to review progress and make adjustments to your orthotics as needed, ensuring long-term success.
